About us
The Mina da Borralha Project is led by Minerália, a Portuguese company with a long-standing connection to the territory and to mining activity. Minerália is responsible for managing the project in Portugal and for maintaining direct relationships with the local community and institutions.
Minerália leads the project on the ground, ensuring that technical, environmental, and social decisions are made with a deep understanding of the local context, respect for people, and strict compliance with all applicable regulations
The project is developed with the support of an international alliance, which includes Allied Critical Metals, a group with technical and financial experience in modern, responsible mining projects.
This collaboration makes it possible to integrate specialized expertise, current technology, and management practices aligned with high standards of safety and sustainability.

To support the development of the project, specialized entities are involved in areas such as technical studies, planning, engineering, and legal advisory, ensuring rigour, transparency, and responsibility at every stage.
This combination of Portuguese leadership, local knowledge, and international collaboration makes it possible to develop the Mina da Borralha Project in a solid, clear, and purposeful way, focused on delivering lasting benefits for the territory, the local population, and the country.
